We have had a wonderful start to the term with a Mass celebrating St Gregory’s Feast Day and our new school year, led by former St Gregory’s pupil, Fr David Donaghue.
Fr David spoke to the children about his recent experience of initial reluctance to complete a Survival Challenge; camping, making a fire and preparing his meals outdoors. We learned that like Saint Peter supporting Jesus, even if we are daunted by a task we should step up and try it anyway. Life is an adventure and a gift from God and we should embrace it this school year.
