Day 1

After enjoying some silly activities in school, we were ready to pack the coach and say our goodbyes and head off to Wales.

A LOOOONNNGGGG time later (4 hours) after a slight detour we finally arrived at Acorn Adventure Campsite.  Once we were given our tents and we had some time to unpack, it was time for dinner – beef bourguignon followed by vanilla ice cream and a cookie; YUM!!!

Wacky Racing was our evening activity, running in different wacky styles, such as: wearing a buoyancy aid as underpants, joining together like elephants (very long elephants!) pirouetting like ballerinas and laying square eggs like chickens.

A bit more free time, quiet camp at 10pm, ready to go again tomorrow.
