On Friday 18th November we are fundraising for the charity Children in Need. We have chosen the theme of the Mr Men and Little Miss Characters. So it would be great if your child could choose their favourite character and dress up as them.
Please do not go to any expense to dress as this theme. If your child needs inspiration or help making a low/no cost costume then Mrs Blackah will be holding lunchtime workshops for the children on:
Tuesday 8th November
Thursday 10th November
Tuesday 15th November
and Thursday 17th November at 12:30 pm.
On Friday 18th November there will be a giant cardboard image of Pudsey Bear laid out on the floor of the school hall, onto which we will lay as many copper coloured coins as we can, these coins will be donated to Children in Need. So please send your child to school on the 18th November with any amount of coins, they will be greatly received.
I am sure you agree that this is a worthy cause and we look forward to seeing everyone dressed up as their favourite character, children and staff.
