What is parenting and family support?
Parenting and family support is to provide services, interventions, education and support which improve parenting capacity, parent child relationships, safeguard and promote positive outcomes for children, young people and families, improve family functioning, through working in partnership with mothers and fathers, carers and other agencies.
The majority of parents will need help and support at some time. Parent and family support activities and services aim to equip parents and families with the knowledge and skills to support their child's education and well-being.
At St Gregory’s you can contact Mrs Annis the Family Support Officer by request at the main reception, through the class teacher or by telephone on 01604 403511 selecting option 3 or 07511 224993.
