To take notice, we need to be present and stay in the moment. When living a busy life, noticing can often be challenging. We can become distracted by everyday worries or become preoccupied with our thoughts, this can lead to anxiety or depression.
When we make the time to notice, our sense of wellness improves; worry can be reduced, self- esteem is lifted and noticing can lead to positive changes in behaviour.
